Information we use
We may collect your name, mobile number, email address, booking details, attendance information, token reference, payment reference, and the messages you send to us. We collect only the information reasonably needed to respond to an enquiry, coordinate a requested service, issue a receipt, or support an active membership.
Why we use it
Your information may be used to confirm appointments, communicate BCA booking details, provide consent-based wellness guidance, manage attendance, resolve payment or service questions, and meet record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis or your permission where required.
When information is shared
Access is limited to authorised V1 Wellness Center personnel and service providers who need it for the requested service. For an eligible BCA appointment, the necessary booking information may be shared with BMS Wellnest and its relevant service systems so the appointment can be processed. Payment details are handled by the relevant payment provider; we do not request or store card, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.
Retention and security
We keep records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, customer support, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations. We use access controls and reasonable operational safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords, UPI PINs, or other highly sensitive credentials through contact forms.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct contact information, explain how it is being used, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are assessed against applicable record-keeping and service obligations. To make a request, write to [email protected] from the email address connected with your enquiry or booking.
Children and health information
Our services are not designed to collect information from children without an appropriate parent or guardian process. Wellness guidance is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Please avoid sharing medical records through the general contact form and seek qualified medical advice for health concerns.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when operational, legal, or service practices change. An updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. A change will not retrospectively alter the handling of a completed paid service in a way that conflicts with the terms accepted for that service.
Effective date: 22 September 2026.
